• Patentability searches and opinions;

• Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in Brazil and globally, or based on the PCT and the Paris Convention, in all technical fields;

• Patent prosecution: we engage frequently with the BPO to ensure informed decisions, and coordinate with foreign associates to ensure a unified strategy across all global territories;

• Presentation of technical subsidies, response to Office Actions, appeals, administrative nullity proceedings;

 

• Maintenance of patents through annuity payments;

 

• Technology transfer, including negotiation and drafting of licenses and agreements generally;

 

• Lawsuits in cases related to patents, including infringement and cancellation proceedings;
